Shamanic Journeying Circle for Guidance and Healing

These Circles are for those of you who wish to form and nourish a conscious, co-creative relationship with your spirit guides, teachers, healers, and angelic beings who come from love, kindness, and compassion for all.
 
We use the shamanic journey method, meditation and movement to raise our frequency, enter expanded states of consciousness to access guidance, healings, and transmissions from the realms of love and light.

The meeting location is at my house in Chapel Hill, NC.

About the Class:

Shamanic Journeying Circle for Guidance and Healing is a 2.5 hour class that meets approximately once a month in person in Chapel Hill, NC and on Zoom. I am doing hybrid classes for those who don’t want to attend in person or are long distance.

This class is a synthesis of my own experiences as a healer, what my guides have taught me and what I have learned from other shamanic teachers. You will learn how to incorporate Shamanic Journeying into your spiritual practices. This is a path of direct revelation that improves with practice and will support you in receiving clear guidance, healing and transmissions from the realms of light. Together, we will raise our frequency to partner with spiritual guides, teachers, and master healers, as well as our own higher selves and the forces of nature. We do this on behalf ourselves, the planet and the collective.

Each class begins with movement/dancing to awaken our life force, let go of our daily worries and concerns, and enter into sacred space. We then open with a prayer for protection, and to acknowledge, honor and invite in our guides, teachers, and healing teams in the unseen worlds. Each class also incorporates a meditation called Healing with Spiritual/Divine light — this creates a lovely, heart-filled healing field or current that is easily felt and creates a light-filled container for us to continue our practices together.

Next, I will give a brief teaching and introduce the shamanic journeys we will do together. We will close with a sharing circle.

This class is appropriate for those with previous journeying experience, as well as those new to this practice.

I would appreciate payment before class begins:  Sliding scale: $60-30.

It is a great joy for me to offer a class called Shamanic Journeying for Guidance and Healing. I have been incorporating Shamanic Practices into my own spiritual path, and my path as a healer, since 1987. I have studied with several indigenous shamans, healers, and medicine people as well as western teachers like Hank Wesselman and Sandra Ingerman. Most recently, I completed a two year Shamanic Teacher Training with Sandra Ingerman in 2020. I am also a professional Life  and Embodiment Coach, Acupuncturist, and Shamanic Astrologer. I weave all these wisdom streams into my  classes. I am passionate about assisting others in creating and deepening a relationship with their higher selves, guides, teachers, and master healers in the unseen worlds, as well as embracing our own higher selves. These healing practices include bringing the light of our higher selves into all aspects of ourselves, especially those that are sent into the shadow/darkness and embodying softness, compassion and unconditional love.
